What? You don't give a F#@&? What do you give then?

The beauty of the internet. This wonderful spaghetti network of cables, routers, devices enabling billions of billions of electrons to interact and form those beautiful 1's and 0's rushing through them like cocaine through addict's veins, right up to our laptop/tablet/smartphone screens. This wonderful place where unicorns feed on rainbow stripes and shit colorful M n' M candies. The place REEKS from cries for attention, lost souls searching for their last stand before they vanish, and those others that are in the process of losing their soul. With all those social networking sites anyone of us can make a simple reality check: read the posts from your friends, followers or whichever social drug you're on, and try to think about why did they post just that photo or that status on their profile. You will then see how much pain, how much cries for help are there wrapped up in a song lyric or a vintage-effect photo labeled with a "Keep Calm" cliche.

I mean reading such posts from teenagers, is kind of ....expected.I remember being a teenager, thinking that everything that flies is edible. Reflecting these unstable emotional states onto a facebook profile is I guess a part of a process of getting more mature, like writing down events in a diary (remember when people used to write those??). Also the full-of-pride tone used in these emotional discharges is again, expected from a teenager as he/she are yet to learn that impulsiveness is just going to get you killed (I mean, don't get me started on "YOLO", the phrase simply bites my nerves). However when this reflection comes from a 30-year-old, when this teenage impulsiveness comes from someone who should've learned the lesson long time ago.... well, then the things get strange, and if I'm right about this, then the Internet is a very strange place.

Now, for the sake of argument, let's take a look at this Spiderman cartoon rework:

No Spidey, someone probably wants you dead and you were lucky you were not home at that time. Also not giving a fuck will not help you, nor stop them from finding you some other time.

Giving a fuck is a good thing.Giving a fuck, translated into normal English means you CARE. Caring is good as that means that you have something in your life that is important to you, and that you want that particular something to be OK. Not giving a fuck means that you are just as lonely and surrounded by ruins like Spiderman in that photo. Don't you have something in your life that is important to you??

I mean, not to mention that posting "Fuck it, I don't give a fuck" on your Facebook profile means "Oh god, my life is fucked up, because of a shit I did, or shit someone did to me, and I will just ignore it and act as if I  am so so strong and everything is just peachy. In your face, you someone !!! ......... Oh god, is there anyone out there that can help me??"

All these posts about not giving a fuck...."zero fucks to give, OMG I'm so independent". They are all just posts squeezed out of your phase of denial.Just face the facts and remember,if you don't give a fuck, you will end up with people that DON'T GIVE A FUCK ABOUT YOU.Yes, you will, as when people start seeing you don't care about them, they will stop caring about you too. And nobody wants that really. Instead, start giving a fuck, start caring about things you want, like and love.Instead of taking away precious internet bandwidth with your latent cries for help, think about what is wrong and what to do about it.And then....do something about it :).Give a fuck, if you want a better life, leave your Facebook profile be.
